PASSING NOTE AND PASSING CHORD AND TENSION
What is their definition?
Passing notes are the notes played in between different progressions
Passing chords are chords played in between different progression
Tension are notes or chords used in lifting the height of songs and also chords or note raised aloud in music happens to give tension in music
Uses of passing notes and chords
i. They are used to filled up spaces in between music this happens a lot in black gospel playing
ii. They are also used to move between progressions
iii. They are used to raised tension
iv. Sometimes they are part of arrangement of music

Circle of fifth can be used to form these 3 essential ingredient in music playing
